His journey began in Boulder, CO, in 2000, and he quickly rose to prominence as an industry leader. During his 20-year tenure (2003-2023) at Maybank Properties in Charleston, South Carolina, Michael served as Principal and Chief Operating Officer, overseeing a portfolio of industrial and office buildings now valued at over $140 million. In 2024, he leveraged his expertise to found CORE Commercial Partners, LLC, where he continues to manage the leasing and sales of the Maybank family assets spanning approximately 1.4 million square feet.
Beyond his professional achievements, Michael’s passion for endurance sports underscores his commitment to excellence. As a 2-time Full Distance Ironman Triathlon finisher, 8-time Half Ironman finisher, and 13-time marathon finisher – his dedication, discipline, hard work, and competitive spirit is foundational to CORE’s continued growth and success.
